Spencer Liles is a perceptive, conscientious executive business coach who builds upon extensive experience and international accomplishments in developing organizations and managing technical, market research, and marketing business challenges. He is frequently sought as an executive coach due to the breadth and depth of his experience. He has an insightful way of articulating the issues while eliciting buy-in at the same time. His broad community and national leadership in professional and not-for-profit organizations influence his executive coaching, strategic planning, and career transition consulting.
Spencer completed a career in managing worldwide product development, strategic planning, and marketing programs at Procter & Gamble. He led Product Development programs for market-leading innovations, developed the global model for P&G subsidiaries’ strategic planning based on his on-site success in Japan, and led a two-year corporate team to develop strategic plans for P&G’s Health Care category.
He has serves as Adjunct Professor of International Business Management for undergraduate and graduate students at Thomas More College. Spencer was recognized as Outstanding Faculty for excellence and nominated by the college for a national award as exceptional adjunct professor.

He received an MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
