Matt Morscheck is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with professional interests in the areas of career counseling, coaching, and personal development. Matt is internationally certified as a Career Management Practitioner (CMP) by the Institute for Career Certification International and was presented with the "Emerging Leader Award" in 2011 by the Oregon Career Development Association.

Matt currently serves as Career Development Specialist at Oregon Health & Science Univeristy, providing comprehensive career services to employees of OHSU. Since 2008, Matt maintains a part-time private practice in downtown Portland and prior to opening his practice, he worked for nearly 5 years as a Career Counselor and Client Services Director for a local outplacement firm where he helped hundreds of professionals successfully navigate career and life transitions.

An experienced college-level instructor, trainer, and group facilitator, Matt has taught career development courses at Clark College, Portland State University, and Portland Community College.
In 2008, Matt was appointed to the Executive Board of the Oregon Career Development Association and is currently serving his term as Board President. He was appointed to the Oregon Counseling Association Board in 2010.

Matt holds an MS in Counseling from Portland State University, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University, and has completed a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.
