Kristina Vohma helps leaders to improve their capability to select, develop and manage high performers. Her pragmatic approach combining neurological research and human behavior, provides executives with innovative tools and approaches to unleash talent and improve business results.

She has worked for top consulting firms, including KPMG and Feldman Gray in the areas of executive career transition and career management. Her background includes over 25 years in leadership roles in non-profit and international associations in the U.S. and Canada as well as a background in vocational rehabilitation and education. She designed and taught Career Theory and Organizational Career development at George Brown College in Toronto.
She received her Career Management Fellow (CMF) in 2009 and currently serves on the ICCI Board of Governors. She is also past president of the Toronto chapter of Association of Career Professionals International and belongs to the Strategic Capability Network, ASTD and the HRTPPA.
She holds a Masters in Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Education.
