LinkedIn Profile
Jutta König works as a career coach, psychologist and psychotherapist with clients in professional and personal transition and transformation processes. As a career coach she specializes in revitalizing careers by aligning personal talents with challenging societal issues to facilitate transition and significant contributions to the planet while enhancing their personal experience of “flow”. She coaches executives, refugees and trailing spouses in their careers as they embark on the adventure of migration, expatriation and repatriation around the globe. She also helps clients facilitate change by exploring personal narratives and emotional processes of meaning making using the Self Confrontation Method. She is an executive coach, trainer, writer and public speaker on issues of diversity and intercultural communication.
Jutta started her career as a curriculum developer, lecturer and trainer in the Netherlands in different universities (Leiden, Maastricht and Amsterdam) and polytechnics (Sittard and Leeuwarden) on doctor patient skills, management in health sciences and organization and information technology. She has enjoyed living and working as a coach, trainer and psychotherapist in multicultural Singapore as well as working as a trainer in a postgraduate programme for integrative movement for therapists in Germany.
Currently, she is in the final stages of completing her Ph.D dissertation on the “moving experiences” of global nomads and intercultural communication in organizations.
She is a member of CMI and the Dutch Institute of Psychologists and has been a Career Management Fellow (CMF) since 2004 and was recertified in 2011.
