Edward C. Witherell is a senior executive coach with over 40 years of leadership experience that uniquely combines his work as a business executive, a career as a military officer and as an actor and artist.
Most recently Ed was the Market Vice President for the New York region of Right Management. As MVP he was responsible for business development, account management and client service delivery that provided talent management business solutions to many of Right's largest clients. Previously, Ed held management and career development positions at Fox-Morris, Lee Hecht Harrison and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Ed consults with corporations on the effective use of executive coaching, the career decision process and leadership development. Ed has developed a strong record of success in providing executive coaching to senior executives in many industries, including financial services, media, entertainment, and business services.
A retired army colonel, Ed’s military experience spans 20 years of important command and senior staff positions. Earlier in his career Ed was a professional actor and artist. He is a graduate of Long Island University and has been an adjunct instructor at The New School in New York City.
Ed received his ICCI CMF certification in 1996. He is curently Chairman of the ICCI Board of Governors. Ed was President of the U. S. Board for the Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI) and was President of ACPI’s New York Chapter. He has been a member of SHRM for over 30 years, and for many years was a VP and Board Member of the Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY).
